There are so many combinations that can be made (or drink it plain) that the possibilites are ENDLESS!

Here are some of our favorite recipes:

Directions: Add ingredients into a blender, secure the lid and blend to your desired consistency.

CARL DAIKELER SPECIAL
1.5 scoop Chocolate Shakeology powder
1 banana
1 Tbsp almond or peanut butter (or to taste)
1 cup ice
8oz water

SUNRISE – Antioxidant Special
¼ cup fresh orange juice
1 scoop Berry Shakeology powder
3/4 cup water
Ice to taste

STRAWBERRY PEACH SURPRISE
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
½ cup frozen peaches
1 scoop Berry Shakeology powder
3/4 cup water
Ice to taste

COCO LOCO
1/2 banana
1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology powder
1/2 cup water
¼ cup non-fat soy, rice or almond milk
Ice to taste

Dessert (just kidding! It’s a meal)
1 Tbsp natural almond or peanut butter
1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology powder
3/4 cup water
Ice to taste

BLUES BUSTER (Look out Big Juice Franchise!)
½ cup combined frozen blueberries and blackberries
1 tsp fresh orange juice
1 Tbsp non-fat blueberry yogurt
1 scoop Berry Shakeology powder
3/4 cup of water
Ice

CREAMY BERRY FUSION
¼ cup sliced strawberries
¼ cup raspberries
1 scoop Berry Shakeology powder
¼ cup non-fat soy, rice or almond milk
½ cup water
Ice to taste

Some Additions
To switch up your flavor experiences, and boost your smoothie benefits, you can add:
1 scant tsp fresh orange juice will add a bright flavor punch!
1 Squeeze fresh lemon or lime is a very happy addition to the berry smoothies!
1Tbsp of organic nut butter peanut, cashew, almond, hazelnut are great)
Cinnamon is noted to suppress appetite and level out glycemic levels after meals.
1 Tbsp non-fat yogurt adds satisfying body to the smoothie.

This one isn’t part of the Beachbody recipes but one I like:

MORNING MOCHA SHAKE

1/4 c. brewed coffee, 1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology, water/ice to taste.  Blend well.

ALMOND JOY SHAKE (from Lisa Delia)

1 scoop chocolate Shakeology
1/2 cup almond milk
3/4 cup water
1 tsp coconut extract
1 tbsp almond butter
ice to desired consistency

Blend.

YOGO BERRY BLAST (from Michelle Draper)
8- oz water
1- scoop of greenberry shakeology
1- cup of frozen mixed berries
1- 4 oz container of Dannon Light & Fit yogurt vanillia
1 -scoop of BB Whey protein powder

CHOCOLATE BANANA-BERRY (from JimHD)

1/2 frozen banana
3 ice cubes
4 Frozen Strawberries
1 cup of skim milk
1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology

All in the Blender.

GREENBERRY TROPICO(from Fran P)

One scoop Greenberry
1 ripe mango, cubed
4 oz almond milk
ice

Black Forest Shake (from Lisa D.)

1 scoop chocolate Shakeology
4 oz. almond milk
6 oz. water
1 tsp. cherry extract
Ice to suit

GreenBerry Butter (from Txump)

 
1cup water
1 scoop GREENBERRY shakeology
2 TBSP Natural Peanut Butter
1/2 Tsp. Cinnamon
a little ice

GREEN GREENBERRY (from CassR)

1 c. Soy Milk (vanilla or plain)
1 scoop Greenberry Shakeology (or vanilla whey protein)
1/2 cup (densely packed) spinach
1/2 cup frozen mixed berries (blue, black, rasp)

Mix & enjoy!

BLEND!!!

POOR MAN’S ALMOND JOY

 

1 tbsp natural peanut butter

¼ c. light coconut milk

½ c. water

Ice

1 scoop chocolate Shakeology

 

Blend

Peach Greenberry

3/4 c frozen peaches, 1 c skim milk, 1 scoop Greenberry Shakeology

Blend well.  This was soooooo good (and I’m not a huge Greenberry fan!!!)

Protein & Fiber Express

Sadly, most diets fall short when it comes to fiber. Here’s an easy, delicious way to get almost all of your recommended daily allowance.

  • Ingredients
    • 1 scoop Shakeology
    • 1 scoop Shakeology Fiber Boost
    • 1 cup raspberries
    • 2 Tbsp. ground flaxseed
    • 1/2 cup water

Directions: Combine ingredients in a blender. Mix to desired texture.

  • Nutrition Facts

    • Fiber: 22 g
    • Protein: 20 g

Note: If you are not accustomed to supplementing your diet with fiber, you may want to start with a smaller amount of Fiber Boost until your body adjusts.

Protein Dream Creamsicle

Want to dial up the protein in your Shakeology? Here’s a solution to your nutritional needs wrapped in a childhood memory.

  • Ingredients
    • 1/2 scoop Greenberry Shakeology
    • 1/2 scoop vanilla Beachbody Whey Protein Powder
    • 1 cup nonfat milk

Directions: Mix it all together.

    • 2/3 cup apple juice
    • 2/3 cup water

Directions: Mix it up. Drink it up.

Here’s a light, healthy, and low-calorie cocktail. It’s perfect for a hot summer day.

  • Ingredients
    • 1 Tbsp. Greenberry Shakeology (1/4 scoop)
    • 8 oz. carbonated mineral water
    • Tumbler full of ice

Directions: Combine Shakeology and water. Stir them together—DO NOT shake them or you’re in for a mess. Pour over ice.

    • 2 Tbsp. peanut butter
    • 1-1/2 cups low-fat milk

Directions: Combine. Blend. Consume. Gain.

Okay, here’s a new one for Shakeology Chocolate Pie

Ingredients:
•1 container tofu, silken or firm (approx 12 oz)
•1 and 1/2 scoops Chocolate Shakeo…logy
•1/2 cup peanut butter, natural (no sugar)
•2 tbsp soy milk
•1 pre-made pie crust…Whole Foods has Whole Grain, Graham Cracker like pie crusts that are fantastic for this!

Preparation:Blend together the peanut butter, silken tofu, chocolate Shakeology and soy milk in blender until smooth and creamy, adding a bit more soy milk if necessary. Pour into pie crust and refrigerate until firm, at least one hour.

Just tried this one yesterday and decided it’s my new FAVORITE!!!!

GREENBERRY PINA COLADA

1/2 c frozen pineapple

3-4 drops coconut flavoring (or coconut milk to taste/consistency)

1 scoop Greenberry Shakeology

water/ice to desired consistency

Blend all ingredients together…SOOOOOO GOOD!!!
