Looking for some healthy recipes that your family will actually eat?  Do you have a special dietary need?  Are you confused about how to even serve a healthy meal?  We’ll do our best to provide you with healthy recipes that will satisfy the entire family. 

We struggled in this area for long periods as we searched to find foods that we could feed to our lactose-intolerant daughter, our vegan son and to Tina, who is hypoglycemic and gluten-intolerant.  In the end, we have found several ways to modify recipes to make them palatable to even the most finicky eater.

We’ll be adding recipes weekly so check back often.

    Yes please! This is my main issue when dieting and excercising… I end up fixing a meal for my kids and another one for my husbans and I every day, until I just give out.

    Hey Cynthia! Feel free to search thru the different recipes I have on here or to even add some of your own! :)

    My advice, DON’T make seperate meals! If you’re beginning to eat healthier, shouldn’t the rest of your family join you? Why should they eat garbage?

    Sure, they complain and moan and groan (I still listen to it occasionally) but you’re teaching them good habits. I make my kids brush their teeth, make their beds and do their homework even with all their complaining, why should meals be any less important? :)
