We struggled in this area for long periods as we searched to find foods that we could feed to our lactose-intolerant daughter, our vegan son and to Tina, who is hypoglycemic and gluten-intolerant. In the end, we have found several ways to modify recipes to make them palatable to even the most finicky eater.
