My final results:
Weight – Loss of 5.8 lbs
Body Fat % – Loss of 3.1%
Chest = -1.25 in
Arms = -.25 in (right arm only)
Waist = – 1 in
Low Abs “Pooch” = -1.5 in (HORRAY!)
Hips = -.5 in
Thighs = -.25 (right thigh only)
For a total of 4.75 inches lost in only 5 days!!!! I was pretty happy with the results after 5 days. The best part is that it has stayed off as well (it wasn’t just water weight lost!)
So I have now moved on to the Turbo Fire Meal Plan and started my workouts with Week 9. Why Week 9? Because the first 4 weeks are getting used to HIIT Training style workouts which I have been doing for over a year now. Weeks 5-8 are Cardio Intensive. I figured Week 9 (the second set of HIIT Training workouts) is the best place to start. I will continue with the rotation for the next 12 weeks (taking me thru the rest of the 20 week schedule) but will be entering my results in the Team Beachbody Challenge each month.
