This will be a fairly quick blog today since the kids just came home from school, I need to start getting dinner together before Bryun heads to work tonight and start the regular “nighttime routine” with the kids. So here we go! Week 3 of Insanity (so far) has been…different. Not in a bad way [...]

So just to keep everyone on their toes, because I didn’t do Cardio Abs when I did Pure Cardio (Day 17) I did it on Day 18 with Cardio Recovery.  Not exactly the best day to do it since Cardio Recovery has quite a bit of ab/core work but I did get it all done.  [...]
